Order Processing

We handle each order with the care an archer gives to their equipment. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

International Note: For our global archery community (excluding Asia and certain remote locations), please allow additional time for customs clearance. You may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Just as you might adjust your bow’s draw weight, we understand you may need to adjust your purchase. Our returns process is as straightforward as nocking an arrow.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Arm Guards & Chest Guards (worn protective gear)
    • Fletchings (custom-cut components)
    • Plastic Vanes (consumable items)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
