Our Return Commitment

We stand behind our products like an archer stands behind their shot. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Important Exceptions:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Arm Guards & Chest Guards (worn protective gear)
  • Fletchings (custom-cut components)
  • Plastic Vanes (consumable items)

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Returns Process

Follow these steps as carefully as you would nock an arrow:

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

Exchanges

International Returns

For our global archery community (excluding Asia and certain remote locations):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees

If your tournament-grade equipment arrives damaged or defective:
